Signal Lost is a new song which is loosely based on a true story. It is the companion song to You Said Something.
Both songs tell the story of two people who have suddenly become estranged… in the middle of a conversation, as a matter of fact. Something happens that triggers one person into ending the interaction and the relationship. This song is the perspective of the one who has suddenly been cut off from the other and subsequently ghosted. They don’t seem to be aware of what it was that set the other person off.
