Weapons (originally titled ‘Weapons of Mass Obstruction’) is a new song written for the Slash album. It is loosely based on the underground remix I did for The War by BT (the percussion and bassline). The lyrics are about the victim of an abusive relationship who is suddenly aware of all their partner’s tricks and manipulations (the weapons) and is forcefully extricating themselves from the situation.
