But unlike <strong>Rebel Yell<\/strong>, no multitrack is available in the wild to draw from for a new mix. There have been many &#8216;extended&#8217; versions on the internet that are just edits of the album version, but for mine I decided to test my stem isolation skills and see what I could do about doing a TruStyle mix.<br><br>Ultimately, I think the result was worth it. I wanted to achieve two goals with my mix. As for all the TruStyle remixes, I wanted to make it seem authentic for the period. What I ended up getting was a dreamy, airy and dubby style remix that sounds like something Julian Mendelsohn would have done &#8212; which I&#8217;m not sure is entirely reaching the goal, as I don&#8217;t believe Julian was remixing (at least not in this style) in 1983. But I&#8217;m happy to have this effect, as it&#8217;s appropriate for the song.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The second goal was regarding the AI multitrack isolation. Because this was one of the first remixes I had done without proper stems, I wanted to make sure the overall sound of the mix didn&#8217;t have any artefacts as a result of the AI.
