Key 28

EtherReal

from Bite Me

1998

This was intended to be an entry for some video game music writing contest I read about in the internet, but as per usual it get completed in time to do anything with it. I ended up finishing off in a hurry, and I’m still not very happy with the ending. I think it’s the pizz string sequence that bothers me. Anyway, I was going for a Way Out West thing here, trying to cut up some breakbeats as they do, and see what happened and there is also some Art Of Trance influence also. It does sound pretty good for video game music. I could imagine playing Wipeout XL to this back in the day. This is the first instance of anything resembling a guitar in any of my music.
