Began as a chiptune with a very obvious sample from a well-known song *ahem*. But I needed something short to start of the energy for the collection. I was really trying to retrigger drums in the style of DJ Shadow for this.

The title sets the tone for the rest of the tracks — misfire being the term I was using to describe my anxiety disorder which was at it’s peak at the time.
