Helix was something I was intending to expand further, but once I got into it, it was apparent that four minutes was all that was required. I stumbled on the beat juggle concept and the minor-seventh chord progression and took it as far as was reasonable. What I really liked about this was that the kick drum sample is also the bass line, thanks looping the kick’s waveform. I thought I was a genius.
